Natural concoctions to cure an upset stomach

This odd-looking root is a long-used remedy for stomach problems like morning and motion sickness. I’ve also used it for mild nausea. One among the foremost common ways to take ginger is in tea. I prefer pre-packaged ginger teabags because they’re simple to pack when traveling. If you’re not keen on the taste of ginger, you can alternatively use ginger capsules.

To help an indigestion you can also create a ginger syrup you can mix to ginger tea or to many different kinds of tea mentioned below. For that, you’ll need:

Half a cup of honey (find organic raw honey here)
Half a cup of water
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, finely sliced
Place the honey and water in a pan on medium heat. Once it heats all the way up and the honey has dissolved (around five minutes), add the sliced ginger. Turn off the heat and let the ginger steep within the syrup for ten minutes. Label and store in a glass jar within the refrigerator.
