Use alarms or alerts
If you keep forgetting to guzzle down your suggested doses of water, set timers or alerts on your phone to remind you to drink periodically throughout the day.
Mark some deadlines on your water bottle
If you would like a system that’s even more rigorous, use a permanent marker to draw water levels at specific deadlines on your bottle so you’ll know how much water you should have consumed by any given time of the day. Follow your “hydration schedule” consistently, and don’t forget to keep refilling your water bottle!
